Trial Period

The trial period is a free use of the Shifton system, automatically granted to every company after registration.

The standard trial period lasts 10 days from the moment of registration. These days are intended for system configuration and onboarding.
During this time, you can earn additional trial days by completing setup tasks.

After registration, a green banner with the text “Get free trial” and a 10-day countdown is displayed at the top of the interface.

Extended Trial

To get an extended free trial, you need to complete specific tasks.
Each task grants from +5 to +15 trial days.

Earned trial days are added to the standard trial.
The maximum free usage period is 55 days.

The trial button color changes depending on how many days have passed since registration:

• Days 1–3 — green;
  

• Days 4–7 — orange;
  

• Days 8–10 — red.
  

After 10 days, the trial button disappears, and earning additional trial days becomes unavailable.

Tasks to earn additional trial days

All tasks are based on initial system configuration and starting work in Shifton.

When you click the trial button, a side panel opens showing:

• the list of tasks;

• the number of earned trial days;

• how many more days you can still earn.
  

Available tasks:

Invite an employee — and get 5 days of trial
Invite at least one employee to your company.

Create a service area — and get 5 days of trial
Define where your team operates.

Create a checklist — and get 5 days of trial
Add a checklist template for tasks.

Create a client — and get 5 days of trial
Add your first client to the system.

Create a task — and get 5 days of trial
Create at least one task.

Start a task — and get 5 days of trial
Mark any task as started.

Contact the manager — and get 15 days of trial
Contact customer support or a manager to complete system setup.
To successfully complete this task, you must schedule and attend a meeting with our manager. After that, 15 trial days will be added.

Each task includes a “Go to” button that redirects you to the relevant page.

Each task can be completed only once to earn trial days.

After completing a task, it is marked as completed, and the earned days are displayed in the trial panel.

When all tasks are completed, the banner turns green, and instead of the countdown you will see:
“Good job, you complete all tasks.”

Clicking the banner will show that all tasks are completed and your total free usage period is 55 days from registration.
