Skills allow you to identify employees who have specific abilities required to complete tasks.
When creating a task, you can specify the required skills, and only employees who have these skills assigned will appear in the available list.

An employee can have one or multiple skills assigned.
When creating a task, you can also specify one or several required skills.

  • languages spoken by the client and the technician;

  • professional skills such as installation, repair, and similar.


How to Open the Skills Section

To manage skills:

  1. Click the company name at the top of the page.

  2. Select “Skills.”

On this page, you can:

  • view existing skills;

  • create a new skill;

  • edit a skill;

  • delete a skill.


Creating a Skill

  1. Click “Create Skill.”

  2. In the side panel, specify:


    the skill name;
    the skill color.

  3. Click “Save.”

  4. To cancel creation, click “Cancel.”


Editing a Skill

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the skill.

  2. In the side panel, update:

    the skill name;
    the skill color.

  3. Click “Save.”

  4. To discard changes, click “Cancel.”


Deleting a Skill

  1. Click the trash icon next to the skill.

  2. In the confirmation window, confirm deletion or cancel the action.


Assigning Skills to an Employee

Skills must be created before they can be assigned.

  1. Go to the “Employees” section
    (people icon in the side menu).

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the required employee.

  3. In the side panel, in the “Select Skills” field, add one or more skills.

  4. Click “Save.”

If you do not click “Save,” the changes will not be applied.


Removing Assigned Skills

  1. Go to the “Employees” section.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the employee.

  3. In the “Select Skills” field, remove one or more skills.

  4. Click “Save.”

If you do not click “Save,” the changes will not be saved.
