Company Registration

Company registration in Shifton is available only via the web version. Unfortunately, registration through the mobile app is not supported.

You can register using a computer or a mobile device via a browser. However, we recommend using a computer, as a larger screen makes company setup more convenient.

Important before registration

If you see a user type selection during registration — Company Owner or Employee — you must select Company Owner.
Employees cannot register on their own. To add an employee, the company owner must send an invitation after registration.

At the top of the registration page, you can change the interface language.

Registration form

The company registration form includes the following fields:

First name * — first name of the company owner.
Can be changed after registration.

Last name * — last name of the company owner.
Can be changed after registration.

E-mail * — email address of the company owner.
Used for account login. Can be changed after registration.
Each email address can be used only once.
If the field is highlighted in red, the email is already in use or entered incorrectly.

Phone number * — mobile phone number of the company owner.
Can be changed after registration, but must be verified to send employee invitations.
Each phone number can be used only once.
If the field is highlighted in red, the number is already in use or invalid.

Company name * — company name.
Can be changed after registration.
Used for invoice generation and reports.

Time zone * — select your time zone.
Required for correct time display in the system.

Company employees * — select the number of employees in your company.

Password * — create a password for account login.
You will be able to change or recover it later.

Promo code (optional) — promo code (optional field).
You can receive a promo code from another company using Shifton.
A promo code may provide a discount, extended trial period, or other bonuses depending on its terms.

If any field is highlighted in red, the entered data is incorrect.

After completing the form, click “Sign Up”.

Q: Can I register a company using the mobile app?
