Yes. Set minimum stock thresholds for any item. When inventory drops below the limit, the system sends an automatic alert.
Can technicians request parts from the field?
Yes. Technicians submit part requests from the Web, iOS, or Android app. Dispatchers see requests in real time and can approve, assign, or schedule delivery.
Is there barcode or QR scanning?
