Can technicians request parts from the field?
Yes. Technicians submit part requests from the Web, iOS, or Android app. Dispatchers see requests in real time and can approve, assign, or schedule delivery.
Is there barcode or QR scanning?
Yes. Use your phone camera to scan barcodes or QR codes for quick check-in, check-out, and inventory lookup.
Can I manage multiple warehouses or van stocks?
Yes. Shifton supports unlimited storage locations — central warehouses, branch offices, and individual vehicle inventories.
Does inventory link to specific jobs?
Yes. Parts used on a job are automatically logged in the work order and deducted from inventory. This flows into invoicing too.
How much does inventory management cost?
