Main Settings Parameters

Use the employee name specified in the company

If this option is enabled, the system will use the name set by the company administrator.
The name from the employee’s personal profile will be ignored.

Warning when editing past shifts

If you try to edit a shift that belongs to a past period, the system will display a warning message.

Display of total working hours on the schedule

You can choose what information employees see on the schedule:

  • Do not show working hours — the employee will not see total hours.

  • Show only own hours — only their own time will be displayed.

  • Show all colleagues’ hours — the total hours of all employees in the schedule will be visible.

Shift confirmation by employees

If the “Require shift confirmation” option is enabled, employees will see a pop-up window prompting them to confirm their shifts when a schedule is created or changed.
Once confirmed, a ✅ checkmark will appear next to their shifts on the company schedule, indicating that the shifts have been reviewed and approved.

Prevent overlapping shifts

This setting allows you to control whether shifts can overlap:

  • Company level — the system will display a warning if an employee’s shifts overlap in time, even across different projects.

  • Project level — overlapping shifts are not allowed within the same project but allowed between different ones.

  • Allow overlaps — validation is disabled, and no warnings will appear.

Allow employees to edit notes

If the “Allow employees to edit notes on their shifts” option is enabled, employees can add or remove notes on their own shifts without manager approval.

Allow employees to edit locations

If the “Allow employees to edit locations on their shifts” option is enabled, employees can add or remove locations on their own shifts without manager approval.
