What to Do When QuickBooks Is Disconnected

When the connection is lost, new customers added in Shifton will not appear in QuickBooks, and invoice data will not sync. This can lead to duplicate entries, missed payments, and reporting gaps. We recommend reconnecting as soon as possible.

How to Reconnect QuickBooks to Shifton

Go to Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks in your Shifton dashboard and click "Reconnect". Follow the authorization steps to restore the data flow between both platforms. The process takes less than 2 minutes.
